Before you create an administration application, think about when it is that you want admin the most. We don't seem to have to much trouble with taking care of hackers with the few that we have, so why does anyone really want admin? It's not that anyone NEEDS it, they just want it. Obviously it comes with perks: a higher general respect from the server population, never having to worry (if the occasion arises) about playing with hackers, and of course the green and white fonts. Administration takes an incredible amount of responsibility as compared to just being a clan member. Firstly, being an admin is more of a chore than a privilege. Admins are there to cater not to themselves, but to the players on the server, and must treat every non-rule-breaking situation as a democracy. There can't be admins changing the map because they don't particularly like the one they're playing on, or taking out their frustrations on a player that is better for being so. This brings us to second; the players accepted for admin will have to be able to tell efficiently a hacker from a legitimate player. A player that is better than the admin should not be banned because the admin is incapable of telling the difference. Another factor regarding this, is that a player cannot be biased towards or against any players. A friend is just as likely to hack as a complete stranger to the server, and should be regarded with suspicion, clan members alike.

Reason for wanting to become an admin: (150-500 words)

Also, a recommendation from a 3/4 majority will be required for the application to be approved, and may be overturned by Sky, Smelly, or myself. This includes before and after the application/poll.
